Luna de Silencio was my first painting ready for my 2018 art gallery, and a piece I had displayed in my office. It represents the comfort and serenity I've found in silence. In the moon's looming solitude, I find strength yet loneliness. In the photos, you'll find that the canvas has suffered two punctures. I've contemplated letting this piece go because of it, but the two punctures have only made me love it more. It speaks of the silent suffering many feel but don't show. The only thing visible is one's light.
